Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer at PT Baligo Holiday Group, you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand vision and marketing strategies into captivating visual content. You will work closely with the marketing team to create eye-catching designs that communicate our brand identity, promote our travel packages, and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and design engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, website banners, print materials, and promotional materials.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and objectives.
– Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively convey key messages and resonate with our diverse customer base.
– Maintain and update our existing design materials, ensuring consistency and relevance to current marketing campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software, and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
– Support the team in other design-related tasks, such as photo editing, image retouching, and creating infographics, as needed.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives and brand development.
– Provide design support for special projects and events hosted by PT Baligo Holiday Group.

Requirements:

– English Speaking & Writing Skills (Mandatory)

– Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

– A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring designs are visually appealing, coherent, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity.

– Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking direction and feedback constructively.

– Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

– Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members from different departments.

– Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry are advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in the travel industry or working with travel-related brands.
• Experience of increasing social media (Instagram) engagement on posts, reels, stories.

Baligo Holiday Group, a prominent destination management company based in Bali, is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Administrator to oversee marketing tasks related to social media, travel agent connections, and email marketing. The Marketing Administrator will play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing efforts, engaging with travel agents, managing social media platforms, and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our services and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, stories, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Connect and build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and industry partners to promote collaboration and increase referral bookings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral for distribution to travel agents and partners.
• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, segmenting lists, and scheduling sends.
• Manage the company’s email database, maintain subscriber lists, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase company offerings and engage with potential clients.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing materials inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing administration, with a focus on social media management, travel agent connections, and email marketing, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling content for different audiences and channels.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and industry partners.

PT. Baligo Holiday Group, a leading destination management company based in Bali, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling reservations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and partners to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations for hotels, villas and record in the system.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, Whatsapp.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Assist in developing and implementing reservation procedures and protocols.
• Generate reports and maintain records of reservations and bookings.
• Provide support during peak seasons and special events as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation tor a related field, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and bookings.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Knowldege of contracting is a plus.
