You can claim refund of your inital payment from PayU gateway directly, if you have a problem with a transaction in circumstances limited to:
1. Your transaction hasn’t gone through but money is debited. 
2. You are not provided invoice & itinerary within 48 hours. 
3. Itinerary provided is not same as agreed with our representative.

Book Now, Pay Later Policy:

• Booking date is valid till voucher available. 
• Booking Fee INR 2,000 per person required and deductable from package amount.  This can only be refunded as store credit /cash voucher.  (Non refundable in cash form).
• Rates and Travel date is valid from Immeddiately – 15th December 2022 with no date restrictions. 
• Peak Season Surcharge apply for Select hotels for New year, Eid, Chinese New year with dates mentioned below:
  Year 2021:  08-18 May, 23 Dec’21 -7 Jan’22
  Year 2022: , 28 Jan-03 Feb, 28 Apr-8 May, 1 July-31 Aug
• Inform your travel dates at least 45 days in advance to get confirmed availability, less than that would be subject to availability.
• Offer only applicable with participating hotels and villas. 
• The packages comes with free change of dates in future as per terms. 
• Only valid with direct booking via our website.
• The voucher is fully transferable in other name or can be gifted. 
• If you are not able to avail the voucher by Dec 2022, the booking amount will be refunded only as credit note valid till 30th May 2024. 
• For factors beyond our control not limited to natural calamity, Covid-19, Hotel Maintenance etc., you will be provided the accommodation in similar or upgraded star category hotel partners & informed well in advance. 

Payment Policy :

• To Avail the voucher, pay a initial booking fee of Rs 2,000 per person . 
• Balance amount to be paid – 21 Days prior to travel date.
  ( Option to pay 50% of this amount on arrival provided you pay this in Cash in equivalent USD or IDR currency at prevailing exchange rates. )
• All online payments other than initial booking amount need to be transferred via NEFT/IMPS/UPI to our Bank A/C. 
• For payments with Debit/Credit card, Net-banking, Paytm Wallet other than initial booking amount charged at additional 1.5% fee. 

Cancellation Policy :

• Before 21 days from departure : Free Cancellation (Except Booking Amount)
• 14-21 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges of total package amount.
• Up to 14 days from departure: 50% cancellation charges total package amount.
