To commence the day you shall visit the local Sanur markets interacting with the Indonesian people and developing an insight of the daily life in Bali compared to Western supermarkets. Here you will purchase the fresh ingredients that will be used to create your Indonesian banquet.
The cooking class is set within a traditional Indonesian home where Ibu Dewi shall show you the art of grinding, slicing, dicing and blending the unique foods and ingredients that have been used for hundreds of years in Indonesian cuisine.
Following the creation of dishes such as beef rending, ikan pepes, nasi goreng, chicken satay, green pancake, jack-fruit porridge and much more you will sit down to enjoy the banquet. This cooking class unlike many in Bali is hands on don’t just watch the meal being created but learn the skills with your own hands!
